This is annoying if you change cars, of course. Since Assetto Corsa Competizione does not provide a Soft Lock feature, you have to set the steering angle directly in the Thrustmaster Control Panel to get a lock applied. In this guide, I will show how to add a Soft Lock feature to the game and then show the best settings to use for the force feedback. This is fixable for the TMX, but unfortunately not for the T150. Oddly enough, Assetto Corsa Competizione doesn't have a Soft Lock feature, meaning your wheel will keep turning past the point it can in the real car. When playing on a lower end wheel like the Thrustmaster TMX or T150, this quite drastically improves the force feedback.

The Assetto Corsa series supports using a LUT to calibrate your wheel's force feedback response. Opinions are split on whether these are necessarily improvements, but the game provides enough settings to tune the force feedback to your particular wheel and preference. Many effects in the original Assetto Corsa are changed, or omitted entirely, in Competizione. Everyone is different and will want different settings, I find it counterintuitive to try to follow someone else's settings, from my own personal experience.Assetto Corsa Competizione - Best Thrustmaster TMX / T150 Wheel Settings Decem| Filed under: Thrustmasterĭriving in Assetto Corsa Competizione has a noticeably different feel than the original Assetto Corsa, in large part due to its new physics simulation, but also because of a very different Force Feedback system. As for my FFB settings, I'd HIGHLY recommend the official guide, it is thorough and is the best place to start for figuring out your own settings. Hopefully this will be useful to some new users out there or those who are struggling to find this information. I originally did a 500 pass, and honestly I've not noticed any difference with the 1000 pass, but figured it can't hurt to have a more rigorous pass in place.

As is stated in their official setup instructions, this curve does change based on driver settings and settings within G Hub, and I can confirm this as truth from testing. THIS IS WITH DEFAULT LOGITECH G HUB SETTINGS.

Re-open the settings and go back to the Correction Curve, it should now show you this:
